- Aq Anyz is a bakery and patisserie: we bake daily in our own kitchen in Қосшы and deliver across Astana and Kosshy. Cakes, pastries and bread can be collected from any of our 6 points in Astana, or delivered between 10:00 and 23:00 with a 3 000 ₸ minimum order.
- How much does a custom cake cost in Astana?
- 12 000 ₸ per kilo without fruit, 15 000 ₸ with fruit, and 10 000 ₸ for a bento cake. The minimum weight is 1.5 kg and the maximum 8 kg. The final price depends on the actual weight and how involved the decoration is — we confirm it on the call.
- How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
- The minimum is 24 hours — that's how long a cake takes to assemble and set, and we'll make it in that time. Give us more, and we can do more for you: talk it through unhurried, look at your references, suggest flavours and decor, and land on exactly the cake you had in mind. Write whenever suits you — and if you can do it a little ahead, we'll have more room to make it the way you want.

- Yes, across Astana and Kosshy, from 10:00 to 23:00 with a 3 000 ₸ minimum order. We deliver from the kitchen in Қосшы or from a point — whichever has your order and is closer to you. Pickup is from the kitchen and 6 points in Astana, open 08:00 — 23:00.
- How do I pay?
- Card, contactless, remote invoice or cash — payment is taken when the order is confirmed. Custom cakes take a 50% prepayment once the details are agreed, and the balance on collection.
- How long do the cakes and desserts keep?
- Cakes, pies and rolls keep up to 72 hours at +4 °C, pastries and desserts up to 48 hours, baking and buns are best on the day they are bought, cookies keep up to 14 days in a sealed pack, and ice cream and frozen food keep at −18 °C.
