How it works
Three steps — and no queue on the 31st.
- 01Choose and send a requestThe price is fixed on the request date — if paid within 24 hours of the operator’s call. The earlier, the bigger the discount off the counter price.
- 02A call and 100 % paymentThe operator calls back, confirms the order and time and sends a Kaspi QR. The order is paid in full.
- 03Pick it up on December 26–31A separate pre-order counter. On the 31st — in your slot: 08–11, 11–14 or 14–17. Nothing to pay at pickup — just give the order number.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, up to and including December 25 — with a full refund. After December 25 the payment becomes a gift certificate for the same amount, valid until February 28.
What if the December 31 slot is full?
We’ll offer another slot or pickup on December 26–30. Each shop’s limit is set by the kitchen’s capacity.
What’s included free?
An inscription of up to 30 characters and candles or a topper — your choice.
How do I pay?
In full, after the operator’s call — they send a Kaspi QR. Nothing is charged on the site, and there is nothing to pay at pickup.
